Shoulder Satchel with Sashiko Stitching

$49.99

These drawstring pouches are as utilitarian as they are lovely. Traditionally used in Japan as a kimono accessory, I have adapted the kinchaku to be a durable work bag that you can carry slung over your shoulder like a half-backpack. Constructed with rustic linen that will serve you for years while pleasing the eye with it’s homespun beauty. The front of the pouch is stitched with a Sashiko pattern Nowacki (grasses) or Kiku (chrysanthemum).  Double pocket inside with flap and grommet hole /key chain ring. Pouch is 14″ wide x 17″ high.
