These drawstring pouches are as utilitarian as they are lovely. Traditionally used in Japan as a kimono accessory, I have adapted the kinchaku to be a durable work bag, constructed with rustic linen that will serve you for years while pleasing the eye with it’s homespun beauty. The front of the pouch is stitched with the Sashiko Nowacki (grasses) or Raimon (lightning spiral) pattern.  Inside double pocket with Velcro flap. Pouch is 14″ wide x 17″ high. Choose from fabric and stitching patterns:
